Concept Becomes Reality

Pre-financial crisis Istana was being marketed as an “off-plan” project, as was the norm in those days not so long ago. Post financial crisis, Prism Estates have amended their procedures and are now building out the project. The mitigation of “completion risk” is in keeping with Prism’s understanding of both buyers’ concerns and buyers’ needs.

In a move to further enhance our standing with buyers of Istana, 50% financing has been made available to potential owners. Giving Istana owners some leverage and improved cash flow has been hailed as another strong signal of where our priorities lie. Going forward, as the project is constructed; Prism has added staff to ensure that communications between owners and the Prism team are working 24/7. All buyers will know exactly what is going on with the construction of their dream home as it occurs.

Once the villa is completed and the management is turned over to Elite Havens, the interaction between the managers and the owners will remain at a five-star level. Should owners want their chef changed, or one with a specialty cuisine added to the staff, Elite Havens will be there to make it happen. Should owners wish to throw a surprise party, with 100 guests attending, Elite Havens will do everything possible to ensure that the guest of honor is not tipped off!

Elite Havens will work closely with owners in the rental scheme, such that their yields are maximised, their property is well looked after and their home is always ready for their arrival. Even after the baton has been passed to Elite Havens, Prism Estates will be available for owners at all times. We have a permanent office in Phuket and whether an owner wants to discuss something serious about their villa, or just invite us to a villa event, we will be ready.
